You invite your client
Send a personalised invite from your dashboard. Your client gets full Blümi access free, as a perk of working with you.

They build, you guide
Clients work solo between visits. During appointments, open it together to co-edit, leave notes, and track changes in real time.

After birth, their plan is theirs
When you archive a client, their plan becomes read-only. If they want to keep editing, they subscribe to Personal and continue seamlessly.

What does my client get when I invite them?

Full access. The guided birth plan builder, intelligent story generator, PDF downloads, and the shared portal with you. It's the complete product, free for your clients for as long as they're active in your account.
What happens to a client's plan when I archive them?

Their plan becomes read-only. They can view and download it anytime, but can't make new edits. If they want to keep editing (say, for a future pregnancy), they can subscribe to Personal and the plan carries over seamlessly. No data is ever lost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — upgrades are instant and handled through your billing portal. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. All your clients and data are always preserved regardless of tier.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your portal — click your plan badge, then "Manage Billing." You'll be taken to a secure Stripe page where you can cancel, update payment details, or download invoices. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Is my clients' data private and secure?

Yes. Birth plans contain sensitive personal health information and we take that seriously. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, never sold, and never used for advertising. Only the client and their connected Care Provider can access a plan.
